This is a no obligation quote for you to consider at your convenience. If you wish to go ahead with our service simply let us know. We will then simply add your property to our regular schedule, at your chosen cleaning frequency of either 4 weekly or 8 weekly.

BEFORE YOUR CLEAN

The day before your clean we will send you a courtesy text message to your
chosen mobile telephone number, and/or email.

Firstly, and above all this is down to courtesy, as you are notified of our arrival prior to us carrying out our service. Secondly, this also allows you to leave any gates unlocked for us to access your property. We do require any access gates to be unlocked on the day of our visit, prior to our arrival, between 8am – 6pm. We do not need customers to be at home when we visit, and we are unable to schedule our visits on specific days in relation to customers being at home, nor at/between specific times. Once our service is completed, we will always make sure that your gates are fully closed and secure before we leave.

DURING YOUR CLEAN

The first time we clean a property we will always carry out a deep clean. We
clean parts of your windows and frames that have never been cleaned
before, such as air vents, so that your windows & frames are squeaky clean.

When cleaning your windows, we will always clean your window frames as well as sills and all doors of the property as standard. This keeps your windows, doors, window frames & window sills looking nice and clean. Having clean window frames also stops your windows from becoming dirty when it rains.

Once we have finished our service, we make a final inspection of so that you will be happy with our service, and at that point we give you our satisfaction guarantee, where in the unlikely circumstance where you are not completely satisfied with anything we have done we will visit again to rectify any problem areas.

AFTER YOUR CLEAN

Once we have completed our service, we make a final inspection and secure any gates.

After each clean we will send you notification that your service has been completed. This notification will have your next due date, and also your invoice with details of how to make a payment. We have many payment options available which are all very simple and easy. The easiest method is direct debit which is provided by GoCardless, meaning that payment is taken automatically after each clean and you do not have to do anything. We also have a Stripe card payment facility which can be accessed using the link in the electronic invoice. Bank transfers are also welcome.
