It is my due date today, why have I not received notification that you will be visiting me?

Between each of our visits to you, we complete a cycle of Milton Keynes and surrounding areas completing other customers services. In normal circumstances this will take us 4 weeks to achieve. However, if there are any bank holidays and/or unsuitable weather experienced during this cycle then this will take us longer than 4 weeks. In these circumstances any subsequent appointments will be put back which means that your appointment may be later than your given due date. If your appointment has not been completed within the given time frame, we advise customers to get in touch with us for an update of their due date.
