Can I decide before each visit if I would like the service?

We operate a regular service based on your chosen schedule of 4 or 8 weekly cleans. We are not able to offer an on demand service. Your booking becomes chargeable once the text message appointment notification is sent to our customers. Once this notification is sent your booking can not be cancelled or rescheduled. If have any reason to reschedule your appointment we do require 48 hours notice before your due date so that we can replace your booking with another customer who needs our service.
