Can I book your window cleaning service for a specific time when I am at home?

Unfortunately we are not able to attend appointments at specific times, nor can we schedule a Window cleaning service on requested days. Our service is provided during our 4 weekly visit to each local area. We give all of our customers a due date for each visit, and we also send a text message to all of our customers the evening before our visit to remind them of the scheduled appointment. We do not require our customers to be at home when we visit, all we require is access to the property so that we can complete our service. Our working hours are 8am till 5pm and we will need access between these times even if the customer will not be at the property.
